About Grace Bible Baptist Church

We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is our final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living.

Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21

We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God, equal in divine nature and attributes.

Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return again.

Scripture: John 1:1, 14; Isaiah 7:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:11

We believe the Holy Spirit is God and works to convict people of sin, bring about spiritual regeneration, indwell believers, and empower them to live godly lives and serve the Lord.

Scripture: John 16:7–14; Titus 3:5; 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

We believe God created humanity in His image. However, through Adam's disobedience, sin entered the world, and all people are sinners by nature and choice. Sin separates humanity from God and makes salvation necessary.

We believe salvation is the gift of God's grace, made possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It cannot be earned through good works or personal merit. Anyone who repents and places their faith in Jesus Christ can receive forgiveness and eternal life.

We believe those who have genuinely trusted Jesus Christ for salvation are kept by God's power and are secure in Him. Our assurance rests on God's promises and the finished work of Christ, not on our own merit.

Scripture: John 10:27–29; Romans 8:38–39; Ephesians 1:13–14

We believe the local church is a congregation of baptized believers who gather for worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, prayer, the observance of the ordinances, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Christ is the Head of the Church, and believers are called to serve Him together.

Scripture: Acts 2:41–42; Matthew 28:19–20; Ephesians 1:22–23

We believe baptism by immersion is an act of obedience that publicly identifies a believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We also believe the Lord's Supper is an ordinance given by Christ for believers to remember His sacrifice and proclaim His death until He returns.

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly according to God's plan. We look forward to His return, the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, and the fulfillment of God's eternal purposes.

We believe in the eternal destiny of every person. Those who receive Jesus Christ will enjoy everlasting life in God's presence, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God and judgment.

We believe Christians are called to live holy lives that honor God, grow in the knowledge of His Word, love others, share the gospel, and serve faithfully through the power of the Holy Spirit. Good works do not earn salvation but are the fruit of a life transformed by God's grace.
